Like any big trend, people eventually lose interest in things and that said trendy product no longer becomes popular. Take Draw Something for example. Once being a bit hit, it has no dwindled and lost millions of users.
According to BBC News gathered data shows that Draw Something has seen a loss of 5 million players just within the last month. It's not exactly sure at the moment why people are quitting the game, but its safe to assume that its because it gets boring after awhile.
