Pre-Ordering Saints Row: The Third on Steam before November 15 will grant you the access to the Cold War Luchador, Mark of the Saint and Apoco--Fists that will be Genuine.

You should also add that people who Pre-order Saints Row the Third will get a TF2 Mask pack that lets you wear a mask of any TF2 class.
