SDCC Is Over for This Year, And It Was Enjoyable

 San Diego Comic Con sure was a big hit this year with lots of announcements that were made public involving movies, new comic titles and video games.

The Reading Gamers tried to cover everything we could have covered during this hectic weekend, so if we missed anything, I apologize.

I enjoyed a lot of the stuff announced at Comic Con this year, but I think the biggest thing that stood out the most for me was the upcoming plans for X-Men and the teaser picture of Scarlet Spider-Man's hoodie. The whole X-Men universe seems like it's going to be changed a good amount, the X-Men are splitting up, it seems like something will happen to Cyclops and the mutants are supposedly having a bigger role in the Marvel Universe. And as far as this hoodie goes, I have no idea what the people at Marvel is really planning, I don't think anyone does besides themselves, but they're doing something that's related to Spidey's favorite clone it seems. I wonder if this has anything to do with Spider Island, I wouldn't be surprised if it were.

Comic Con was also a chance for Marvel to promote their Avengers movie as they showed off some really well done poster depicting Black Widow, Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, Thor and Nick Fury with Agent Coulson and Maria Hill.
