Matt Stone and Trey Parker have became cultural icons for South Park, their movies, and even won 11 Tonys for their critically acclaimed musical The Book of Mormon and now they want to make a video game featuring the cartoon that started it all.
The duo has teamed up with THQ and Obsidian to bring you a whole new South Park adventure to your console. Parker and Stone will be writing for the game and doing all the voice work for their beloved characters and will be overseeing the entire development to create their vision.
All I can tell you about this new title will be a full scale RPG that will be released for the 360, PS3 and PC and the plot of the game is that you're the new Kid in South Park and will be going on various quests and stopping evil (or possibly good) forces in order to gain new friends.
GameInformer Magazine will be the first to give out full details of the game with their upcoming issue so head over to your nearest Gamestop to pick one up soon for full details.
