I apologize for not updating the blog much today, I was at school for half the day then I spent the rest of the night with friends, either way I'll try to catch you guys up with the news for today.
After a mini web-series that went on for nine episodes and making a fan trailer for Mortal Kombat, director Kevin Tancharoen will be moving on past web series and trailers, he will be directing the new and upcoming Mortal Kombat movie.
The new movie will act as a reboot from the past Mortal Kombat movies and will offer more realistic Mortal Kombat characters. New Line, bought by Warner Bros., will be producing the movie; along with the movie, a new Mortal Kombat game will be released around the same time as the movie hits theatres.
