Recent Images on the net have revealed that Poison Ivy will be returning for Batman: Arkham City and Mad Hatter will make his grand debut for the series.
I'm excited for what Mad Hatter has in store for Batman, same for Ivy. She was the funnest boss in the game. (also the hardest) It'd be a shorter list to make who is NOT appearing in the game.
