Bioware has listened to the hordes of angry fans and has announced they will be creating a DLC that will change the games ending.
The Extended Cut will change the ending through additional cinematic sequences and epilogue scenes, Casey Hudson had this to say concerning the DLC.
“We have re-prioritized our post-launch development efforts to provide the fans who want more closure with even more context and clarity to the ending of the game, in a way that will feel more personalized for each player,”
While I was worried with how they were going to approach it, this seems like a good idea. The endings wouldn't have been as bad if they explained it better as well as giving some idea of how our choices will effect the galaxy after the game. The Extended cut will be released this summer and will be free to those who played the game before April, 15th, have internet access and an origin account/ EA account (no answer on how much it will be to pay).
