The rebooted Tomb Raider game was shown off today during Microsoft's Press Conference with gameplay footage as Laura Croft shows how skilled she is with just a bow and arrow.
In the video, Laura Croft crashes into a wooden shed in the jungle which then alerts a group of bad guys. She then proceeds to show them how well she can wield a bow and arrow and a shotgun.
Her badass moments then comes to a halt as she finds her way going down a rapid river while she is blasting wooden barriers that are in her way. The river quickly comes to an end with a waterfall and she is thrown into an old World War II plane. Luckily she finds a parachute before the glass she lands on break and throws Laura into the depths of the water. Laura maneuvers her way through a canopy for a short time as she looses control by getting smashed into a bunch of pine branches.
Tomb Raider: Journey offers an exciting approach to the series as a reboot with nicely done graphics and a beautiful environment.
Xbox 360 owners will be proud to hear that Tomb Raider: Journey will be out for the Xbox 360 first on March 15, 2013.
