Get Modern Warfare 3 And A Playstation 3 In One Bundle

If you haven't gotten Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and are for some reason interested in it and if you don't have a PlayStation 3, then today is your day as Sony has announced that they will be released a PlayStation 3 bundle that include Modern Warfare 3.

The bundle will be released on May 25 and will come with a 320GB PlayStation 3; the price for the bundle is $299.

N-Space Responds To Poor Review And Tells Kotaku To 'Suck It'

Both Kotaku and The Official Nintendo Magazine seem to have angered developer N-Gage after giving their DS version Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 bad reviews. On n-Space's Facebook page, an update status says, "The official Nintendo Magazine of UK gives CoD:MW3:D a 70%. Apparently we get marked down for 'not being ready to take the step up to 3DS yet.' I'm always amazed by how poorly game journalists understand the industry they work in. Oh, and Kotaku can suck it."

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3: Defiance is a first person shooter on the DS developed by n-Space who has done all of the Call of Duty games for the DS.

Man Runs Away With £400 Worth Of Modern Warfare 3

Stealing copies of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 must be the big new thing for everyone to due. Last week a man stole copies of the game at a Tesco in Bishop Storford, England.

The unknown thief stole ten copies of Modern Warfare 3 last Thursday from a display stand and ran right out of the store into a Ford Fiesta that was waiting for him. The thief was able to make it out of the store with eight PS3 versions and two X-Box 360 versions; those ten games comes out to £400, which is approximately $540.

The culprit is known to be a white male aged 19-22, about 5 feet and 7 inches tall. He was wearing a blacked hooded jacker with black jogging bottoms and have black cropped hair.

Modern Warfare 3 Sale Estimates For First Day

It's been a few days since Modern Warfare 3 made it's big debut, but how well did they do?

Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has sold an estimated 6.5 million copies in North America and in the United Kingdoms all withing the first 24 hours of its release, which generated $400 million. These sales marks a brand new record for Activision where this marks the most successful game launch.

Over $1 Million Of Modern Warfare 3 Copies Stolen

It seems like anyone would do anything to get their hands on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 before it hits stores tomorrow, first someone wanted to buy a copy for $1,725 on eBay and now professional thieves highjacked two trucks filled of copies of Modern Warfare 3.

The highjacking occurred right outside of Paris where French thieves highjacked two trucks containing €780,000 (a little over $1 million). The thieves attacked the trucks at different locations all within an hour.

When the first truck was attacked, the thieves came at the innocent truck driver with tear gas while they pointed knives at him and wearing ski masks, from there the two thieves got in the truck and drove away. The second truck that was attacked was forced to stop when another vehicle was blocking it's path, three armed men then appeared out of the car and pointed their guns at the driver forcing him to get out and leaving the truck to get stolen.

The whereabouts of the thieves are currently unknown.

Man Buys Modern Warfare 3 For $1,725 On eBay

There are some people out ther ein the world that will do crazy things for whatever reason, like cliff diving, swimming with sharks or buying an early release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for $1,725 plus $4 shipping.

If you haven't heard, K-Mart got their hands on copies of Modern Warfare 3 a week before it's release, which brough a lot of customers to their stores just to get the copy. In retaliation, Microsoft won't allow those who purchased the copies early to play on the multiplayer through an automated system which might impact your account in a negative way.

One customer didn't plan on playing the game early though, he planned to sell the game on eBay, ready to be shipped. And 88 bids later, he got some sucker who couldn't wait four more days to buy his new copy of Modern Warfare 3 for $1,725 plus shipping. The guy who bought the game will most likely have to wait an extra day or so before he can get his expensive copy, unless the processing is quickly done; or maybe the guy was just pulling the seller's chains and will retract the bid.

Second Disc Of Modern Warfare 3 Was Stolen

It seams like one person was desperate enough to get their hands on Modern Warfare 3 before it comes out November 8th.

An unknown assailant was able to steal the second disc of Modern Warfare 3 from a shipping facility in Fresno, California. It's not known exactly who the thief was besides that he was an employee at the place. The employee was crafty enough to put the game online as a torrent, so you can just image how many people are playing a portion of the game right now. Activision has a plan for that also; investigators are being sent to pirates' houses demanding that they either delete the game or face a fine.

Seems like Activision isn't going to take this lying down at all.

Not much has been announced about Activision's upcoming Modern Warfare 3, except for today that is. A new trailer has been released for the game, and it's not a trailer for it's multiplayer, it's a trailer for it's single-player mode.

Call of Duty Elite full details revealed

Several months ago Activision announced that a special season pass called "Elite" will be given to those diehard Call of Duty players for $50 when Modern Warfare 3 is released. However no details on what benefits will be given to those who purchase it. Until now.


Activision finally gives us a full list of all the rewards Elite players will receive. And is it worth the fifty bucks? If you love the CoD:MW series then this will be a deal of the lifetime. Elite players will receive:

-The first years worth of DLC for free (20 pieces of content from maps and models thats worth about $60)
-Daily and Weekly competitions with virtual and physical prizes (exclusive to Elite players)
-Eight times as much of video sharing capacity (can share more videos to your friends)
-Leveling up your clan (no idea what that means)
-Access to tips and strategies for maps, weapons and game modes made by professional CoD players (these will be unable to be reused and ripped by non-elites)
-Elite TV:Web Videos featuring celebrities commenting on user-videos.

While the Call of Duty Elite social network will be available to all allowing players to track their stats and share and view videos, the above content is exclusive to those who are willing to fish out fifty big ones.
