Adventure Time Video Games Gets A Title

Back in March Adventure Time creator Pendelton Ward announced that an Adventure Time game for the DS and 3DS was on its way. Well today more information for it has been released along with what the box art might look like.

Adventure Time: Hey Ice Kin! Why'd You Steal Our Garbage is the title for the Adventure Time game that is being done by WayForward and D3Publisher. The game also focuses around Jake and Finn who find out that the Ice King is stealing garbage in order to make his own Garbage Princess.

Players can expect to take control of Finn and Jake as they fight the Ice King this Fall on the DS and 3DS.

Here is the synopsis for the game:

In the first licensed Adventure Time video game, Finn and Jake wake up one morning to find their trash stolen by the Ice King.  Jake couldn’t care less about half-eaten bananas, crumpled up burrito wrappers, and old chicken diapers – but when they find out the Ice King is using their stolen goods to construct a Garbage Princess, the heroes embark on a fantastical adventure to teach him a lesson!

Pokémon Conquest Announced

Pokémon x Nobunaga's Ambition will be coming to American under the title Pokémon Conquest, which was announced through a trailer.

Pokémon Conquest will be taking what you're originally use to with Pokémoninto a different direction. The game is expected to be out in stores on June 18, 2012 for the DS.

If you're wondering what the story will be like and what to expect from the game, then here is Nintendo's description of Pokémon Conquest:

In Pokémon Conquest, players take on the role of a young Warlord who is linked with a Pokémon. Together, they must set out to recruit Warrior allies to strengthen their growing kingdom. Along their journey, players will encounter a variety of Pokémon, as well as Warriors and Warlords inspired by the Japanese feudal era. The game contains nearly 200 Pokémon, including many from the recent Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version games, which have sold more than 4 million copies combined in the United States.
As the battlefield unfolds in Pokémon Conquest, players must choose the correct Pokémon type to inflict maximum damage on their opponents. In the turn-based skirmishes, players choose different tactics for intense six-on-six battles, and battle conditions can change on every turn, keeping players on their toes in anticipation of what will happen next.

Adventure Time Game Announced

Good news Adventure Time fans, Pendleton Ward has announced an Adventure Time game through doodles he posted on Twitter last night.

Ward will be working with developers WayFoward to bring Adventure Time to the DS. No release date or anything else has been given away, but check out the weird doodles Ward posted.

Pokémon Black And White 2 Coming This Fall In North America

Both Nintendo and Game Freak surprised the world with the announcement of Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2, now today they announced a release date for North America.

North Americans can expect to see the sequels this Fall on the DS. The games will also be released in Fall in Europe as well.

New Pokemon Game

Nintendo has revealed the name of the long awaited new Pokemon game; Nobunaga Ambition X Pokemon for the Nintendo DS. The game is supposed to come out next year in Japan.Pokemon with RPG type of game play AND strategy. Nobunaga Ambition, is a series all in it's own and this entire thing is supposed to be a game cross over.You are as surprised as I am. Nobunaga Ambition and pokemon, in one game?! This would be the first time the humans in a Pokemon game, are not being drawn as tradition.

N-Space Responds To Poor Review And Tells Kotaku To 'Suck It'

Both Kotaku and The Official Nintendo Magazine seem to have angered developer N-Gage after giving their DS version Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 bad reviews. On n-Space's Facebook page, an update status says, "The official Nintendo Magazine of UK gives CoD:MW3:D a 70%. Apparently we get marked down for 'not being ready to take the step up to 3DS yet.' I'm always amazed by how poorly game journalists understand the industry they work in. Oh, and Kotaku can suck it."

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3: Defiance is a first person shooter on the DS developed by n-Space who has done all of the Call of Duty games for the DS.

September marked the end of the video game drought of the year and we had some amazing games come out from Dead Island, Deus Ex Human Revolution and Gears of War 3 . Now September has finally come to a close however the video games will keep on rolling this month. Get a free Mewtwo for Black/White

If you live in Japan or have an imported copy of Pokemon Black/White version, you can download a free Mewtwo via Nintendo Wifi!

Nothing has been said about what makes this Mewtwo special, but it has been reported that it still has the pressure ability. Also, no word has been said if this Mewtwo will be available in the US and Europe as well.

The distribution starts on Sept. 26 - Oct 31 so you got plenty of time to snatch him. While I'm upset that Nintendo constantly does these regional exclusivity (favoring Japan over other countries) I have nothing to complain about since I have my Mewtwo imported from my Soulsilver anyway.

X-Men Destiny Box Art Revealed

Marvel has released the box art for their upcoming X-Men: Destiny video games. Along with the box art, Marvel has also released a few screenshots also.

X-Men: Destiny will be coming out on the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii and DS on September 27th.

Professor Layton And The Last Spector Gets A Release Date

The release date for Professor Layton and the Last Spector has been announced today by Nintendo America. The game will be released October 17th and will kick off a new trilogy that acts as a prequel to the first three Professor Layton's. Professor Layton and the Last Spector is also set three years prior to Professor Layton and the Curious Village.

Take On Enemies With Multiple Kirbies In Kirby Mass Attack

I have never been interested in any Kirby games for the DS, except for Kirby Super Star Ultra, but Kirby Mass Attack is one handheld Kirby game that interests me with Kirby's ability so summon Kirby after Kirby after Kirby to attack larger than normal foes.

Kirby Mass Attack will be heading to the DS on September 19th, but until then, here is a trailer for the new games.

Nintendo Release Dates

While scrolling through GameInformer, I found a list that Nintendo released giving release dates for the Wii, DS and 3DS for the next few months. The only noticeable game for the 3DS is Ocarina of Time, other than that there's nothing good for it yet.

Hell, nothing good is really coming out for Nintendo's consoles any time soon, Conduit 2 and OoT are the only ones that catch my eye.
