City of Heroes officially goes free-to-play today, the hero and villain based MMO finally allows everyone to get a taste of what they have to offer; it's free-to-play and free to download.
Just like other free-to-play games, players will be split into three groups - New Free Players, Premium Players and VIP Players. VIP players gets full access to the games while New and Premium players get a limited restriction to the game.
