Covers for Avengers vs X-Men tie-ins keep coming in with the newest one for Wolverine and the X-Men #9.

Wolverine is torn in between, he is an Avenger and X-Men (even though his status as an X-Man could be debated) either way, he has friends on both sides.

Wolverine And The X-Men #3 Preview

Quentin Quire was dragged to join Wolverine at the Jean Grey School for Higher Learning, but was that a smart decision for Wolverine to do? Wolverine and the X-Men #3 starts it's first arc of the series, with Jason Aaron doing the writing and Chris Bachalo doing pencils, which will focus around Quire and show how he is fitting in the new school.

Mutants need a place to go to learn how to control their powers, co-exist with humans and feel protected and that's what Xavier was trying to do. But ever since Scott took over, it felt like the goal was to make an army of mutants, but that doesn't sit very well for him; that is why Wolverine has made The Jean Grey School of Higher Learning.

In an unexpected move, Wolverine will be opening a school for gifted youngsters to learn to control their newly manifested powers in Wolverine and the X-Men after the events of Schism.

Going from an anti-hero to a headmaster is a complete change for Wolverine, so hopefully Jason Aaron won't do anything too drastic with this change. I really do want to see how this will turn out, but I'm also afraid that Wolverine will be changing. I also want to see where Xavier falls, he's still alive in kicking it, but I'm pretty sure he'll land on Wolverine's side.

Wolverine And The X-Men Cover Revealed

Big changes will happen to the X-Men world after the events of Schism, the X-Men will break up and form new groups. One notable comic to come out of the event will be Wolverine and the X-Men this October, and Marvel has finally thrown us a teaser picture.

This picture goes along with the renumbering of Uncanny X-Men that was announced at Comic Con this year.

I really cannot make out who any of the characters are in the background except that for Uncanny X-Men I clearly see Magneto and what I believe to be Juggernaut or Colossus wearing Juggernaut's helmet which was teased months ago
