As the Zune is slowly dying, Microsoft needed something new and hip, so they made Xbox Music as the new music service that will be launched some time this year. Along with this launch, over 11 million songs will be released and available; the new service will also be connected with a kinect, meaning you will be able to do a search for something via talking. Other than that, not much is known about Xbox Music - no pricing, no relation to the Zune, or exact launch date.
