Will A Nick Fury Movie Be Made After Captain America 2?

Marvel is hoping to begin filming on the sequel to Captain America: The First Avenger later this year. The good news doesn't end there though, it's being reported that a Nick Fury movie will be followed.

According to the man who plays Dum Dum Dugan, Neal McDonough, Marvel is going to start a Nick Fury movie.

“Yeah, they’re planning (to go into production for) Captain America 2 for the end of this year, because Marvel does one film at a time,” says McDonough on IMDb. “So they’re going to do Thor 2, and as soon as Thor has wrapped, they’ll do Cap 2. Hopefully right after that, we’ll jump into Nick Fury because that’s the one I’m looking forward to more than anything.”

McDonough seems to be real excited for a Nick Fury movie and he's hoping that it will take place in 1970 just so he can basically see Samuel L. Jackson in his Jules Winngield getup.

“Because it’ll be me and Sam Jackson,” he says. “In the real Marvel universe, Dum Dum Dugan is Nick Fury’s right hand man. … And I just pray that they have a 1970s setting, because I want to see Sam Jackson with lambchops kicking people’s asses for Marvel universe. It would just be awesome. And to work with Sam would be a treat. We’ve become friendly over the years.”

The Avengers Official Trailer Made Me Buy Extra Pair Of Pants

The long awaited trailer for The Avengers has finally made it's appearance earlier this morning. The trailer shows all member of the Avengers along with Loki and some explosions from a mysterious source. Joss Whedon seems to be doing pretty good so far; I know there were some concerns about him directing, but this should change people's minds. This trailer also gives us a look at the Hulk considering we've only seen him in his poster for the movie.



I've been dealing all morning with my school's internet in order to try and view the trailer, and it was worth the hassle. I'm really loving the preview for Cap and Tony butting heads and then seeing Thor bashing Mjolnir against Captain America's shield was amazing. I was hoping that the trailer would show the Skrulls, even though there's no 100% evidence that shows they are involved, but I am one of those people that does believe.

Expect to see The Avengers in theatres on May 4, 2012.

Hulk Concept Art Revealed

Today Marvel released the last Concept Poster Art for The Avengers, which is also the final piece when all Concept Posters are put together.

I really wish I was good in Photoshop or Gimp, then I'd make the group photo a lot more better, but that's as far as my skills go. But I really love these poster and how they go together, I wish I could have the as actual posters though.

Nick Fury And Thor Avengers Poster

Two more concept art posters have been released for The Avengers movie, these ones are featuring Nick Fury and Thor.

And thank to my friend Titz for the tip, it seems like all the posters go with each other. I'm currently trying to find the right places for the pictures. I'm not sure if there is one missing or that I just have it in the wrong order, but here's my current work on it. Most likely someone is missing a.k.a. The Hulk!

Once I get it all right, I'll have a final version of it for you guys. I'm really liking these posters thought, they're really well done.
