In this day of age old games are being remade to be on par with today's graphics, which is why 343 Industries is remaking Halo: Combat Evolved in an HD format.

I enjoyed the first Halo, the other ones, not so much, besides Halo: Reach of course. I might get the HD remake of Combat Evolved after it's release date od November 15, just so I can get it used or wait till it drops down in price, because there is no way I'm spending $60 on a remake.

Update Edit:
Just found out for you fighting gamers that there will also be character reveals for Street Fighter X Tekken, a new character for MK9, an announcement of two new characters for Soul Calibur 5 and possibly a character or two for Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Sorry to leave you fighting gamers out of the loop, I really don't follow them a lot, I try to at least. Thanks to my friends for giving me the info about it.

Get Armor And A Skull, Just For Pre Ordering Halo

If you're interested in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, there's now motivation for you to preorder it. For putting down money on it, you can get a spiffy Mjolnir assault armor for your avatar along with a "Grunt Funeral" Skull. This skull ensures a hilarious experience when chaining attacks on Grunts.

Expect Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary to hit shelves on November 15 for just $39.99. Not $59.99, but $39.99, I'm surprised that it's only going to cost that much considering every other game costs an arm and a leg.
